I live in rural Upstate New York. I'm a middle-aged socially awkward introvert, I've been told I have a very dry sense of humor, and I identify as asexual. I work in an educational setting as a billing clerk, central treasurer, and claims auditor. I am also a single mom to one wonderful son. We have two cats currently - one is a demon in a pretty package that lives indoors, the other is a stray I feed on the porch.

I'm an active fanfic writer and digital scrapbooker. Writing is about all I've ever wanted to do with my life. I've been writing stories for as long as I've been able to write, but I've only been writing fanfic since 2010.

I run two comms on DW - [community profile] ushobwri, which is for writers who need support and a safe place to boast, complain, and just exist; and [community profile] whatif_au, which is a bimonthly, multi-fandom prompt comm for all AUs great and small.
